Operation Instruction:
In Cook Mode
1. Push the button on the back of the thermometer COOK mode
2. Press the MIN / up button for higher alarm temperature
3. Press the SEC / down button for lower alarm temperature
4. Press the Deg.C / Deg.F button to switch the temperature display mode
5. Inset the probe into the food. When temperature has reached the set temperature, the thermometer will alarm

In Timer Mode
1. Push the button the back of the timer to TIMER mode
2. Press MIN button to set minutes
3. Press SEC button to set seconds
4. Press S / S button to start and stop the timer
5. To reset the timer, press and hold MIN and SEC button simultaneously
