Operation Instruction:
1. Insert the battery and hold the ON / OFF button to turn on the thermometer
2. Press MEAT to choose meat types, and press the TASTE to select the tastes
3. Press the DOWN to select Deg.C or Deg.F display
4. To set the desired temperature, hold ALERT and the thermometer will beep, then press the UP or DOWN to adjust the temperature
5. Insert the probe into the meat
6. Press ALERT for the alert alarm to be ON or OFF
